Regular donors may wish to make a standing order - please print off this form, complete it and return it to the address above.  This type of donation is extremely useful to us - it enables us to plan, and it is our preferred way of receiving regular donations.  Please please consider making a montly donation to Haworth Cat Rescue - even a couple of pounds per month, if donated by many people, would make a significant difference to us, and wouldn't cost individual donors a great deal.

When making a donation, please consider signing a gift aid declaration if you are a UK taxpayer. Some on-line donation sites allow you to do this on their sites.  Others do not have that facility, however, you can still sign a gift aid declaration, as indeed you can if donating by cheque.  You need to add the following declaration "I [full name] wish the donation of £[amount] I made to Haworth Cat Rescue on [date of donation] to be treated as a gift aid donation."  You can, if you prefer, download a gift aid declaration here. Gift aid means your donation goes much further, at no cost to you.

If you prefer to donate by sending a cheque or postal order, please make it payable to Haworth Cat Rescue and send it to: Haworth Cat Rescue, The Farm, Lower Pierce Close, Cross Roads, Keighley BD22 9AQ.  Don't forget to make a gift aid declaration if you can.

We are also grateful for cash donations, for example you may consider putting all your loose change into a box or bottle and donating this to us once or twice each year.  If you have a shop or another public venue, we can provide a collection box (these have to be sealed to be legal).  Please ask us.  We do not recommend that you send cash in the post - please bring it to any of our fundraising events or to our Centre (Collecting boxes should remain sealed unless we have agreed otherwise with you). We are quite willing to send receipts to any donors (by request).
